Who we are

Hasan Business is an independent business based in Iraq. This policy covers our internal advertising management tool, which connects to TikTok ad accounts through the TikTok Marketing API. Contact: contact@socialmarketing.lol.

What the tool accesses

Only after an advertiser authorizes it through TikTok, the tool accesses that advertiser's ad account data:

• Account name and ID.
• Campaign, ad group and ad settings, such as names, budgets and status.
• Performance reports: spend, number of leads and cost per lead.
• The names and IDs of the advertiser's Instant Forms, videos and identities, so they can be chosen when creating ads.

The tool does not read or store the contact details of people who submit TikTok lead forms.

How we use it

We use this data only to create and manage the advertiser's campaigns, to show reports, and to pause campaigns or change budgets according to limits the advertiser sets. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Storage and security

Access tokens are stored encrypted on our server and are never sent to the mobile app or shown to other users. Access to the server is limited to the people who operate the tool.

Sharing

We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers other than the account owner. We use hosting and network providers to run the service. To write ad text, we send an AI model provider the product name and a short offer description that the advertiser types in. We do not send personal data of any person.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting an ad account in the app stops the tool from accessing it and removes its stored token. Advertisers can also revoke access at any time from their TikTok for Business settings. To ask us to delete other data we hold about your account, email us and we will confirm once it is done.

Use of TikTok and its ad products is governed by TikTok's own terms and privacy policy.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
